Director of Operations

Tania has worked in the industry for 15 years. She derives great pleasure from ensuring that those around her have all their needs met. After a three-month internship in Hawaii, she returned to Montreal and held numerous positions in the hotel industry, from waitress to her dream job as director of conference services. Having met that challenge, she went in search of another. Zeste Incentive welcomed her with open arms.

Q. What I wanted to grow up to be when I was five years old?
A. I dreamed of being a pediatrician because I loved babies and I wanted to care for them.

Q. Where I dream of going on summer vacation?
A. Anywhere! From the tropics to the poles, I would like to visit a new part of the world each summer.

Q. What I would do with a million dollars?
A. I would ensure a certain level of comfort for my family. Then, I would travel the world. And finally, I’d settle down in Italy, in a Tuscan villa.

Q. What I do every morning when I wake up?
A. I smile.
